Benoit is currently Director at AltEx Capital and is focused on investment due diligence and execution. He joined AltEx in 2022 from Crédit Mutuel Equity, where he was a Principal, Private Equity, and was responsible for the sourcing and execution of direct investments in Canadian mid-market companies and served as a board member of Wesbell Communications Inc. and Highlight Motor Group. Prior to Crédit Mutuel Benoit was at Scotiabank in the role of Associate Director, Private Equity, where he worked alongside Thomas Choi for four years.
